Vision Statement
My goal as a human being and real estate agent is to do what I can make our lives the best possible. To best help accomplish that as a Realtor, we will develop a strategy to sell your home or property and/or find your dream home or property quickly for the best possible price and terms, while making it as smooth and as much fun as possible. And if you're not especially tech-savvy, or want to work up any documents with pen and paper, I've got your back, having started the business when all the paperwork actually was paperwork.

To that end, I'm committed to:
1) Radical honesty regarding matters pertaining to real estate. Accomplishing any task, be it buying or selling a home, or anything else in life, requires working within the conditions one is given. Realistic expectations set you up for success straight away.
2) LISTENING to your desires as a buyer and seller, so I can best serve YOUR needs and desires as a seller or buyer.
3) Responsive communication when you need to hear from me, and to the extent possible, only when you want to hear from me.
4) Respecting people's time and inbox space. I'm the most anti-spam real estate agent you will find. I get it, I'm bombarded by phone calls, texts, emails, and tons of spam as well, and will respect your peace, quiet, and inbox space when it's not time to communicate.
5) Hustling when action needs to be taken. I don't close up shop at 5:00PM if you want to list your property or view or make an offer. Nobody is available all the time, and we all have scheduling conflicts, but I'm as flexible as anybody, communicate my scheduling limitations, and if need be, have a network of great agents who can stand in if I'm not available.
6) Having fun! I am looking for clients who are on the same page. If you can relate, I'm eager to work with you, and develop strategy to sell your home, land, investment, or commercial property and/or find and purchase your next one.
